What happens to an enquiry

The form asks for your name, work email, brand or business, the project moment you select and a short description. When you submit, those details are sent to Netlify Forms, where the submission is stored, and an email notification is sent to the BLKVZN studio inbox at studio@blkvzn.com. BLKVZN uses the information to review and respond to your enquiry. No automated acknowledgement is sent to you.

Netlify’s notification is sent from formresponses@netlify.com; your submitted email address is used as the reply-to address.

Storage and retention

The submission remains in the Netlify Forms dashboard until BLKVZN deletes it. The notification email may also remain in the studio mailbox. There is no automatic expiry configured. BLKVZN will review enquiries and remove information when it is no longer needed to respond or maintain relevant business records. Deleting the email does not delete the Netlify submission, or vice versa.

Information to leave out

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information. The form is for an initial business enquiry only.

Hosting, forms, fonts and analytics

The site and its form are provided by Netlify, which processes technical request information and the submitted form fields to deliver the service. See Netlify’s privacy information. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; Google may receive technical information when your browser requests those files. See Google’s privacy information.

No analytics or advertising integration is configured on this site.

Your choices and contact

Submitting sends your details to Netlify and notifies BLKVZN. For a privacy question or to ask about a submission, email studio@blkvzn.com and include the email address used and an approximate submission date so the record can be located.
